​are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund, (minus shipping cost & 15% re-stocking ​
​fee) within 5 days of receiving your purchase. A Metro-Orange representative will guide you through this process in ​
​which we issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to anticipate receipt of your package and also to insure a ​
​promptly issued credit. We will refund your purchase, arrange for a credit or expedite an exchange, whichever you ​
​prefer. Understandably, returns must arrive in original condition and should be properly insured when shipped.​
