Metro Orange Art is always looking for artists, both emerging and established. Metro Orange Art is a new company
that offers artists excellent visibility while also providing both true security and an on-going commitment to quality.
Please understand that an interest in our site is not an automatic acceptance to be shown, since all work is
thoroughly screened before being included in Metro Orange. Please read the information below before starting your
submission process and know that we welcome your questions about becoming one of our artists. We currently
have an excellent in-house publishing division that specializes in creating the finest quality Giclee prints. With state-
of-the art printing and scanning equipment as well as our deep experience in color correction, our results are quite
impressive. We are also currently expanding the online gallery to bring art collectors and artist together. We can sell
your original work for you and handle all aspects of sales, finally leaving you time to concentrate on your work. To get
started with Metro Orange, please send an email to:
Submissions@MetroOrangeArt.com with the following information: Name, Address, Phone number, a brief
Biography, 3-5 samples of your work with descriptions including size/media/year completed. You will receive a
replying email, including further instructions, as promptly as possible.
For Galleries / Collectors:
We continue to work with galleries, helping to increase their bottom-line with our many options for Internet sales.

Framing:
Metro Orange Art offers a full service frame shop. We use only the highest quality archival mounting materials to
guarantee a quality finished product on each and every framing job.
Corporate:
Metro Orange is working in the Tri-state area with a growing number of venues, producing the highest level of art and
design service for doctor’s offices, luxury condos and corporate headquarters. We can complete your entire project,

Return Policy:
Metro Orange Art takes pride in the art it sells and offers a complete money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you
are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund, (minus shipping cost & 15% re-stocking
fee) within 5 days of receiving your purchase. A Metro-Orange representative will guide you through this process in
which we issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to anticipate receipt of your package and also to insure a
promptly issued credit. We will refund your purchase, arrange for a credit or expedite an exchange, whichever you
prefer. Understandably, returns must arrive in original condition and should be properly insured when shipped.
Sales Tax:
Metro Orange is required to charge NY State sales tax of 8.625% on all purchases, unless a purchase is made
outside of New York State and shipped out of state as well.
Interior Design:
Metro Orange Art works with Interior design professionals on projects requiring custom framing, color coordination,
display materials and unique commissions and special needs. We are experienced with the design and layout of
artwork and art-crafts for any and all applications.
Printing Service:
Metro Orange Art is a full service printer, from proofing to the finished product. Please call to discuss the details of
your project with one of our representatives.
Art for Commission:
Many of the artists on Metro Orange welcome commissions. If you like a particular artists work and would like
information on having a work completed to your specifications, please contact sales@MetroOrangeArt.com.
Certificate of Authenticity:
All artwork at Metro Orange Art is guaranteed with a certificate of authenticity. This certificate will include information
about the art such as artists name, the year it was completed, type of medium, size of the piece, which number
should your purchase be part of a limited edition, and any other pertinent information. Most certificates are signed by
the artist, but certain circumstances may exist to prevent this, such as the artist being diceased. All documentation is
kept on file in our archives and is available as needed.
