Brokenland2014

Illustrator Drew Morrison is fascinated with the pace of urban decay, and more importantly the way it's allowed to happen in so many places. In his experience city dwellers are upset by it, but rarely have the resources or enough concern to do anything about it.

This is the primary theme of Brokenland, the comic narrative Drew has been crafting the past year. The main character in this story is Meeso, a small and timid mollusk-like creature, whose pragmatic side is balanced by a neurotic clumsiness. This print is a first look into the gritty setting of Brokenland.
