Celeste Rapone was born on May 1, 1985 and raised in Wayne New Jersey. She attended the Rhode Island School of Design, concentrating in Illustration, and received her BFA degree in 2007. Among many other things Celeste is interested in a child’s understanding of Catholicism, and the effects that understanding has on his or her personal development. The artist is currently residing in NJ. Her paintings are done in oil on canvas.
